I messaged them twice about my order and had to wait days just to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt generic and didn’t really solve anything. The dress itself was fine, but the customer service made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be. I kept thinking, how is this okay when someone is just trying to get an update on their order? Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slow and not very helpful.

I did get my refund in the end, so I appreciate that. It just took longer than I expected. In the past, I’ve had refunds from other places process a bit quicker, so the wait was a little frustrating. Overall, it worked out, but the process could be faster.

In my experience, the sizing runs small. I ordered my usual size, but it felt tighter than I expected, so I’d probably recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit
